First, we do a final walk-through with excited first-time homebuyers, making sure everything is perfect before they sign on the dotted line. Then, it’s off to the closing table, where we get to congratulate them on officially becoming homeowners—such a special moment! Next, we head over to the grand opening of Goldsby Flooring & Design to celebrate James Metcalf’s incredible achievement. This one is extra special for me because my dad is the Director of Commercial Flooring there, so getting to support both James and my dad made the event even more meaningful. It’s all about making dreams a reality, whether it’s homeownership or building a successful business!
